This Refund Policy explains how refunds, startup fees, subscription charges, custom work, and cancellations are handled for Solace AI.
Any startup fee, setup fee, onboarding fee, implementation fee, or similar one-time fee is refundable only within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, unless substantial work has already begun, been completed, or been delivered.
After the 72-hour window, startup and setup fees are non-refundable.
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel, your cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund the current billing period.
Yearly plan payments are generally non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Solace AI in writing.
Custom builds, advanced integrations, consultation, strategy work, scoped implementation, and special request services are non-refundable once work has started, time has been allocated, or deliverables have been prepared.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction in error, contact us for review. Verified duplicate charges may be corrected or refunded.
If there is a technical issue directly caused by our side, we may review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a reasonable remedy such as account credit, service adjustment, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.
To avoid your next recurring charge, cancellation requests should be submitted before your next billing date. Cancelling after a renewal has already been processed does not guarantee a refund for that renewed period.
