Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Solace AI and any related services, websites, chat experiences, onboarding, subscriptions, support, and setup work provided by Solace AI. By accessing, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solace AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

Solace AI provides website assistant and automation services, which may include AI chat widgets, lead capture flows, onboarding, support, implementation guidance, integrations, and related setup work.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your business when purchasing, subscribing to, or requesting services from Solace AI.

4. Client Information

You agree to provide accurate and current business, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

5. Subscription Billing

If you purchase a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges based on the plan and billing cycle you select. Subscription charges continue until your subscription is cancelled.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future recurring charges. Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

7. Startup / Setup Fees

Any startup fee, onboarding fee, setup fee, implementation fee, or similar one-time fee may be refundable only within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing. After that 72-hour window, startup and setup fees are non-refundable.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility, restrictions, and processing are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing the service, you agree to those refund terms.

9. Custom Work

Custom work, advanced integrations, special implementation requests, or enterprise-style services may require separate approval, pricing, scope, and timelines.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

12. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including lead volume, conversions, sales, response times, or revenue growth.

13. Intellectual Property

Solace AI and its related branding, systems, workflows, and materials remain the property of Solace AI unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase of a plan gives you the right to use the service as provided, not ownership of the platform itself.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solace AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost data, or business interruption.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update these Terms, pricing, features, service structure, or related policies from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the website.
